Brooklyn born; Lorenzo “Tony” Wyche is a man with a profound passion for music.  He came of age in the  late 1960’s, residing in Roosevelt, Long Island NY.  Lorenzo received his earliest formal musical training at The Juilliard School of  Music.  He went on to earn a bachelor’s and master’s degree in music.


From the mid 1970’s to the early 1990’s, Lorenzo performed and recorded with popular artists including Stevie Wonder, Public Enemy, Gloria Gaynor, Sam & Dave, The For Tops, Stacy Lattisaw,  Debbie Harry, and many others.  Through the years, Lorenzo worked in the New York City private party circuit with New York’s top party bands, performing at thousands of private and corporate events.  He also did a stint touring the U.S. as a trumpeter with the Ringling Bros. Circus.

His desire to share his passion with young people was the catalyst for his career in music education. Under the auspices of VH1 “Save the Music”,  Lorenzo developed instrumental music programs for the City of New York Department of Education.  He was featured in the New York Daily Newspaper for his work in the South Bronx, and his programs were applauded in a national VH1 broadcast, supporting music education.  Lorenzo was a faculty member, teaching orchestra at the Hempstead Public School District, Hempstead,  New York from 2002 until his retirement in 2016. 

Harlem bornJoni Wyche began her singing career a teenager, singing at events around the New York Tri-state area. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Hunter College, in Communications. Joni went on to perform with Shango, an Afro-centric dance company, and also sang and danced for Lavinia Williams, an acclaimed dance historian.

In the field of show production, Joni worked as an executive, producing conferences, banquets, parties, and trade shows. She was also a key executive responsible for running the largest toy show in the Western Hemisphere, Toy Fair.   

Joni is a recipient of the Outstanding Achievement Award from the National Association of Business and Professional Women. She has been featured in Fast Company magazine, and is quoted in Dan Pink’s book, FREE AGENT NATION: The Future of Working for Yourself.  Along with her team, she received “The Greatest Show on Earth Award” from Trade Show Executive magazine.

Joni now focuses on what she loves best – singing.  Joni and her husband, Lorenzo, enjoy making music together and sharing it with world.  She sings—He plays.
